Did you guys ever think I’d be making celebrity workout videos?! LOL I’m no YouTube fitness guru, but ya girl DOES know the value of puttin’ in work! That’s why I created West Coast workout videos! I’m so excited to share them all with you—I promise you haven’t seen a celebrity workout video like mine! But seriously, I’m super stoked to be putting out these videos and I hope you are too!

I started the West Coast Workouts series because staying healthy and fit is so important to me. I wanted to create some new content for my YouTube channel while also encouraging people to stay active. Staying active and keeping yourself moving is so important, especially during a pandemic. It helps keep your immunity up and also relieves stress and anxiety which so many of us have had during this past year stuck at home. Regular activity is always important, and it should be a goal no matter what. If you feel like it’s hard to get in the habit of a steady workout routine I think even taking a walk around the block or doing a workout in your own living room is a step in the right direction . I’ve been working out with personal trainers now for the past 8 years and I want to show others that even with a busy schedule and a love of fast food it is still easy to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I’m making these West Coast Workouts because I want to set an example for my fans! You guys are my biggest supporters and I want to support you in your fitness journey!

Dancing and Moving are a Huge Part of My Life

If you’ve seen my music videos, then you already know I’m never short on energy 😂 I know one of the secrets to keeping people interested is staying upbeat and always moving! But honestly, dancing takes so much more energy and strength than people think. Ive been a dancer since I was 7 years old and lets just say I dont have the same amount of energy I did as a kid. You need STAMINA to keep that energy up! I’ve been making all these dances for TikTok and Insta while quarantining and believe me, it takes a lot of work!.

Consider Me Your New Workout Buddy

I’m super lucky to have tons of dope people in my life, but I know a lot of people out there are struggling with loneliness during COVID. I love my fans and I hate to think of some of y’all being sad! I want you to know you’re not alone and it’s totally understandable to be slacking on your workout routine in the middle of a pandemic. But I promise you’ll feel a lot better after moving, especially with me 😉

I’m stepping up as a source of motivation for everyone who needs one. Having a workout buddy helps hold you accountable for working out and it’s also just more fun.

I’m just trying to set the example that you have to put in the work if you want to feel phenomenal and look snatched. There’s no magic fix that will help you get fit. Maintaining a regular exercise routine and a healthy but nutritious diet is where it’s at. I want to take my fans on a full fitness journey! Who knows maybe i’ll become well known for these like some other celebrity workout videos! If not, either way i’m happy to make them and encourage people.

Right now especially, it’s essential to connect. Maybe you can’t see or spend time with your friends or family because of all the restrictions. That’s hard. It can also be depressing and demotivating. Having a workout buddy can help you out along the way, offering the boost you need. My West Coast workout videos allow me to stand in as your gym buddy. That means I get to connect with you more, you get to connect with me even more, and everyone can come away feeling a little better and a little more fit!
